Where Memories Are Made Around the Dinner Table
When I was a little girl...
I watched my mother cook in our kitchen in Franklin Square, New York. I was enamored by her and all the amazing creations she made for our family, friends, and everyone who came to our house.
I wanted to be JUST LIKE HER! So... in 1969, I wrote a letter to Santa Claus at the North Pole, put an 8 cent stamp on it and mailed it in the box down the street.... My Suzy Homemaker oven arrived on Christmas Eve, from "Santa Claus at the North Pole.."
What happened after that became our story ...

How do I book a class?
Bookings are first come, first served based on Chef Annie’s availability. Submit the online booking request (or call us). Your class is confirmed once you receive confirmation from our team. Classes have group minimums and will be confirmed once everyone has booked their spot. Should you wish to purchase the entire session for your date, select your guest count number and add to the cart.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking 2–4 weeks in advance. Last-minute requests and weekends are welcome and accepted when availability allows. Call us if you need assistance!
Do you accommodate allergies or dietary needs?
Yes — we will do our best to plan thoughtfully when we have advance notice. All food allergies, dietary restrictions, and special requests must be disclosed at the time of booking in the notes section (or shared directly with our team). Chef Annie and staff are not responsible for accommodating requests that are not disclosed prior to the event.
What should I have ready in my kitchen?
Please have a clean kitchen with clear counter space, a working stove/oven, sink, and access to trash/recycling. If your kitchen setup is unique, let us know at booking so we can plan accordingly.
What do you provide?
We provide the experience from start to finish, including menu planning, ingredients, pots/pans/tools as needed, hands-on instruction, setup, and cleanup after the class.
Can I provide the food and ingredients?
Due to health code regulations, we must provide all of the food and ingredients we are preparing for your group. We use certified vendors for our products, and adhere to strict storage, temperature, and transporting guidelines. All of our recipes are prepared with the freshest ingredients.
When do you arrive?
Our team typically arrives 30–45 minutes prior to the scheduled start time for setup. Timing may vary based on menu and tier.
Can my guest count change?
Guest count impacts ingredients and prep. Please notify us of changes as early as possible. Significant last-minute increases may not be able to be accommodated.
Is alcohol allowed?
Alcohol may be served at your event. By booking, the client agrees to assume responsibility for alcohol service and consumption and releases Chef Annie Payton and staff from related liabilities.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations require at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the class are non-refundable, as food and supplies have already been purchased.
Can I reschedule my class?
Yes — dates may be changed with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to Chef Annie’s availability.
Where do you travel?
We offer in-home classes throughout Las Vegas and Henderson. Events outside our standard service area may require a travel fee.
