Thank you for visiting our menu page. Annie’s Gourmet Catering is a full-service, off-site catering company, licensed in both food and beverage, proudly serving Las Vegas, Henderson, and surrounding communities.

The menus presented here are samples designed to inspire. Every event we create is thoughtfully designed around a variety of factors, including the time of day, season, type of celebration, theme, color palette, budget, and—most importantly—your vision.

Because no two events are ever the same, we ask that you share as many details as possible when planning your special occasion. This allows us to craft a professional, personalized proposal that reflects your style and delivers an elevated culinary experience beyond traditional catering.

Catering Terms & Service Styles
No two events are alike. Our offerings are thoughtfully designed to accommodate a variety of event styles and experiences. Please review the options below and let us know which best complements your vision.

Basic Drop-Off

Freshly prepared food is delivered in aluminum tins and disposable containers to your home, office, or event venue. This option includes delivery only and does not include setup or service items.
Delivery fees apply.

Basic Delivery with Setup

Food and/or non-alcoholic beverages are delivered and attractively set up at your home, office, or venue. Disposable paper plates, napkins, and serving utensils are included.
This service does not include food warmers or attendants.
Additional fees for delivery and service items may apply.

 

Basic Full-Service Catering

​This service includes delivery, professional setup, and on-site service. Food is presented using any of the following: heated chafing dishes, heat lamps, and chilled platters and bowls. Stainless steel serving utensils, upgraded disposable plates, plastic cutlery, paper napkins, appropriate props, printed menu cards, and themed décor are included.

For safety and quality control, a server is required whenever heated chafing dishes or heat lamps are used. Our service staff maintains food presentation throughout the event and handles cleanup and breakdown at its conclusion.

  • One (1) server is included in the setup fee

  • Additional servers are required for events over 25 guests

  • Staffing rate: $150 per server, per event

  • Recommended staffing: one (1) server per 25 guests

A setup fee of 25% of per-guest pricing applies.

 

Elegant Full-Service Catering

​Our most elevated service offering, featuring a fully artistic presentation. This includes florals, upscale chafing dishes with fuel, heat lamps, china, stainless steel cutlery, linen napkins, glassware, printed menu cards, and professional attendants.

Ideal for weddings, milestone celebrations, and luxury corporate events.
Setup fees, staffing, and china upgrades apply.

Butler-Passed Hors d’ Oeuvres

Create an unforgettable first impression as our professional service team welcomes your guests with elegant trays of beautifully presented, bite-sized hors d’oeuvres. These easy-to-enjoy selections set the tone for the event and encourage mingling while making guests feel immediately at ease.

  • $150 per attendant for up to three (3) hours

  • Recommended staffing: one (1) attendant per twenty (20) guests 

 

Heavy Hors d’Oeuvres

“Heavy hors d’oeuvres” is a commonly used—and often misunderstood—term. This service style features individually crafted bites, displayed on decorated stations and passed by attendants on elegant trays.

This is not an unlimited service. Hors d’oeuvres are prepared in set quantities. We typically recommend 2–3 pieces per selection, per guest, with 5–8 different selections to satisfy a variety of palates.

For example, a guest count of 25 at the minimum recommendation would total approximately 250 individual pieces. Platters are measured differently and based on per-guest servings.

Because each hors d’oeuvre is handcrafted and time-intensive, this service style often carries a higher investment than clients initially expect—but delivers an elevated and memorable experience.

 

Annie’s Signature Event Charcuterie

A food ensemble like no other, this signature experience is a stunning display of hot and cold offerings designed as a true showstopper. Presentations may incorporate florals, plants, fire, water elements, and unique props based on the event theme.

Food offerings may be served in petite cups, on small plates, skewers, spoons, and other creative vessels—encouraging guests to mingle, explore, and enjoy.

Included with this service:

  • Upgraded disposable plates and cutlery

  • Coordinated napkins

  • Printed menu cards

  • Serving utensils and service essentials

Pricing begins at $75 per guest, plus applicable setup fees.
Due to the scale, décor, and volume of food involved, additional staffing and setup fees may apply.

Buffet Service

Recommended for larger gatherings, buffet service may be designed as a one-sided or two-sided setup depending on guest count and service timing. Buffet presentations are upscale and include professional setup and service.

Our chefs and service staff assist guests throughout service to ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience.

Family-Style Service

Designed for intimate gatherings, family-style service features chefs announcing each course while platters are passed for guests to serve themselves. This style is best suited for groups of 25 guests or fewer.

  • Chef Fee: $175 per 25 guests

 

Live Chef Stations

Live chef stations add an interactive and entertaining element to your event, encouraging guest engagement and conversation.

  • Additional carving station setup fee: $175

 

Pricing Disclaimer

Pricing may vary based on guest count, menu selections, staffing requirements, and event details.

Policies & Conditions

Booking & Payment
A 50% deposit of the estimated total is required to secure your event date. Proposals alone do not guarantee a confirmed reservation. Your date is considered booked only once a signed contract and deposit are received.

Final payment is due two (2) weeks prior to the event date.

At that time, billing is adjusted based on the confirmed guest count and applicable minimums. Once the guest count is finalized, it cannot be reduced.

 

Food & Beverage Counts

The guaranteed number of guests must be confirmed 14 days prior to the event date.

  • If the actual number of guests exceeds the guaranteed count, the client will be charged for the additional guests for both food and beverage.

  • If the actual number of guests is fewer than the guaranteed count, the client remains responsible for the guaranteed number.

All-inclusive packages are priced up to the designated guest count. Additional guests will be charged at a per-guest rate.

 

Minimums

Food and beverage minimums apply to all full-service events. Minimums do not include sales tax or setup fees.
Delivery-only orders are excluded from full-service minimums.

Minimums are as follows:

  • Full-Service Events: $2,000

  • Weddings: $5,000

  • Holiday Events: $3,500

Holiday Delivery-Only Minimum:

  • $1,000

Venue events may incur additional fees based on setup complexity and staffing requirements.

All full-service events are scheduled for a four (4) hour service window. Events requiring extended service will be billed accordingly based on staffing needs.

 

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Deposits are nonrefundable.

Event dates may be rescheduled at no additional fee, subject to availability.

 

Indemnification

The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Annie’s Gourmet Catering against all claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from the event, including those related to any subcontractors hired directly by the client.

Leftover Foods

We are happy to box up your leftovers for events in your home or office. The time frame for food freshness is four hours, after this we are required to discard it per health codes.   

***Exceptions are wedding receptions held at venues. Per local policy, all food must be discarded at the end of the event.

Food Allergies and Special Menu Requests

Client agrees to notify Caterer in writing of any food allergies, dietary restrictions, or special menu requirements no later than fourteen (14) days prior to the event. While every reasonable effort will be made to accommodate disclosed needs, the Caterer cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

Caterer shall not be held responsible for any allergic reactions or issues arising from undisclosed allergies, dietary restrictions, or special requests not communicated and placed in writing  in advance.
