Our interactive cooking classes come to you—at your home, office, or venue. We bring the ingredients, pots, pans, and everything needed to guide your group through the dishes you select. It’s a fun, hands-on way to learn real techniques, plating tips, and recipes you’ll use again and again—taught with warmth, humor, and five-star hospitality. Your class is led by Chef Annie Payton, CPCE Emeritus and a 7-time Best of Las Vegas award-winning restaurateur and caterer, as well as the host of EatThis.tv’s Annie’s Gourmet: An Italian Indulgence. Hosts receive a signed copy of Chef Annie’s cookbook memoir, Memories Are Made Around the Dinner Table, and select packages include a complimentary souvenir apron for each participant.
